- Starting planet selection
- You can now start your game from a planet you've previously reached, skipping earlier planets and possible rewards. The appropriate weapons are unlocked. You still get one equipment from your previous run.

- Learn to use your weapons and equipment in a risk-free simulation, launched from within the ship/shop menu. You can even try out newly bought equipment and sell them back at the same price after the test if you don't like it. Equipment resale value still drops to half after playing a real level.
