Release Notes for World Rally Fever: Born on the Road

Changelog (30 September 2025):

• Improved controller support with d-pad enabled and controllers active by default.
• Added mapper files for Xbox and PlayStation controllers, ensuring the d-pad works properly.
• Enabled Gravis Ultrasound emulation in DOSBox and set it as the default card in-game, which fixes popping sounds, restores missing SFX, and boosts overall sound quality.
• Set the game to launch with the best aspect ratio (customizable in the configurator).
• Switched to DOSBox Staging for more fixes and customization options.
• Added a Game Configurator as an additional executable, allowing setup of full-screen resolutions, aspect ratios, shaders, and controller options.
• Stability validated.
• Fully compatible with Windows 10 and 11.
• Cloud Saves supported.
