Release Notes for Wing Commander Prophecy

• Added the Italian version of Wing Commander Prophecy to everyone's accounts
• Added the Italian version of the ICIS manual, the universe map, the flight manual, and the reference card.
• We would like to say "Thank you very much!" to Indiana from the OldGamesItalia.net community for the generous donation of the Italian version of the game as well as the documents in Italian.
