Patch 1.1 hotfix 2 (05 May 2016)

• This update corrects launching issues when using SOTE.EXE instead of SHADOWS.EXE.

• Corrected typo in the game setup window
• Set fog to "ON" by default for all versions of Windows.
• For Nvidia cards we've added an Nvidia Profile with a 60 FPS limit.
