- Fix for level transition crash AP2Bot::ReportLooksTick()

- Added some additional checks to turn off the catnip effects after the player becomes Cat Dude
- Sledgehammer and Mallet now more reliably applies physics impulse on hit
- Lowered the physics impulse imparted by the Mallet from testing values
- Fixed the Sledgehammer and Mallet projectiles not having Catnip support
