Mellow season's greetings to all of you amazing Crafters!
It is finally time for us to release what we have been working so hard on the past 3 months - a true continuation of our vision of CraftCraft. We have doubled the content in the post-game Endless Mode, complete with ~40 unique, hand-tailored quests featuring both new characters and returning folks alike, with fully voiced dialogue, of course. There are also 4 new Aesthetic tags for you to discover and use in the Endless Mode - Light Magic, Dark Magic, Fire Magic, and Water Magic. These magic tags are part of our efforts to expand our crafting experience into more mystical territory and are a first step into our enchanting plans.
We've poured a lot of love into these new quests, quite literally! There's also new *romance* sequences, the first of which you can access if you load one of your older savegames at the end of the Story Mode and in the returning character quests in the Endless Mode. So you can keep seeing your favourite people a little while longer ^_^
In addition, all of the randomly generated character quests in the Endless Mode are also now fully voiced according to their own distinct personality.
If you're coming back to Windspell from a longer hiatus - worry not, we've got you covered. If you start a new Endless Mode run, you have a short interview process to go through the most meaningful choices you can make in the Story Mode, gearing up your character for all the different interactions we have with those choices right now, and for future updates, too.
And to top it all off we've added a whole bunch of quality of life, polish and bugfix improvements to the game, hopefully making it all a much smoother and pleasant experience for y'all.
Some of the fixes:
- Improved stability, hopefully eliminating any crashes that may happen when switching between the menu and main game or loading a game
- Improved synchronicity of the crafting tracks for the rhythm game
- Fixed savegame labelling and made them sorted by date
- Improved experience with the Stock sheet so that it's not in the way as much anymore
- Improved blueprint assembly logic so that it's more consistent
- Improved gluing logic so that it's more consistent
- Tavern interactions/dialogues should now also trigger more consistently
- Improved stability with drawers
- Fixed various text alignment and layout issues
- Fixed numerous typos and made text more consistent with the accompanying voiceover
- Improved Endless Mode randomly generated quests' difficulty scaling
- Improved stability and consistency of the Spyglass lens (if you have any issues with these please let me know!)
- Improved audio volume level consistency throughout the entire game
- Fixed logic errors in some of the dialogues with some dialogue choices, hopefully making character responeses more consistent
Finally, I want to extend a big-big thank you to you all, our players, for being patient with us and supporting us with making the game better and better every day. And of course, my unending gratitude goes out to our team who make all of this possible.

- Fixed an issue where storing wires that were glued together would crash the game if the game was loaded,

Known Issues:
- Drawers and the top desk area can still sometimes produce unexpected behaviour with some items,
- Unexpected behaviour with the Starkeeper's planetary model (parts disappearing/reappearing in rare cases)

- We upgraded the engine version to Godot 3.6.1, hopefully finally fixing all of the remaining issues with a crash upon clicking on the Character Name text box in Character Creation and also any crashes with moving from Character Creation into the game
- Blueprints have been re-worked again to streamline the process - now all you have to do is fill out blueprints, and no confirmation is needed! There are visual and audio cues to show you once the blueprint is full enough to present to the customer and the existing icon with the checkmark is also there to help - so, no more click n' hold, just fill out the blueprint and it will automagically confirm!
- The cash register crank has now been bulletproofed to work more consistently across various hardware, and should not get stuck anymore! If this still happens to you, please let me know.
- Outlines for scavengable items have been improved, hopefully making their visibility better in the scavenging areas, and their collision areas have been increased so it should be easier to click on them now.
- Erik's Compass quest should give you correct scores for sigils that have been correctly placed at all times
- Starting rotation for an item on top of a patch of glue should not make it stick now
- Buying the wire bag objectives should now correctly only show if youhaven't* bought the wire bag yet

- Simplified Karwathi's Necklace quest a little bit - it does not require a confirmed Blueprint now
- Adjusted cash register crank to be more responsive on all types of input

- Reworked clicking on and dragging objects to be more snappy, responsive, and reliable - pulling Blueprints from the Almanac now should always work
- Reworked Cash Register crank and the Bellows lever to be more responsive and snappy
- Rotating an item will not trigger a glue check anymore
- Fixed issues on resolutions below 1080p with fonts not displaying correctly
- Meowl purring can now be toggled on and off by left-clicking on Meowl
- Made wires easier to grab by making their collision area slightly larger
Known issues:
Blueprints, especially ones with wires, still have some problems with saving/loading which will be improved upon soon.

- Fixed several crashes with Manaaki's Collars, Umbracine's Pendants, and Karwathi's Pendant's quests involving putting completed items into the Trinket Bag and multiple necklace cords/leather collars attaching to a single pendant/tag.
- Made blueprint white check button more obvious.
