Release Notes for A Light in the Dark

Update 1.2.3 (15 November 2023)

Thank you to all users who have waited patiently for this! The Japanese voice audio update for A Light in the Dark has been pushed out today. Users who already own A Light in the Dark can enjoy the game with professional Japanese voice actresses voicing the two main heroines of this game. Isn’t it about time to load up the game and enjoy the story of A Light in the Dark once more?

This update also includes Russian and Japanese text localization.

Please Note: Since this update is based off of the console port, there are some things that users should keep in mind.

• After updating the game, you will be prompted on whether or not to copy over existing save data from the previous version of A Light in the Dark upon starting up the game
• If you don’t have any existing save data then this prompt will not appear upon startup
• The prompt to copy over existing save data will only appear the first time you start the game after applying the new update
• If you select ‘Yes’, the transfer process will start and you will be able to continue playing the game with your existing save data
• If you select ‘No’, the transfer process will not happen and you will need to start over with no save data

A Light in the Dark New Ending!

The newest ending of A Light in the Dark has been finished after a year waiting. We are appreciated for all the support and patient. The new ending is a free update. It can be enjoyed with updated version. In this update, there is not much in it, but the story is what we’ve been thing and considering for a long time. Hope you guys will like it.

2. Re-play Ending0 and select the hidden option. (Can load the previous data.)
